Lawrence County Board of Education recently expanded their school system facilities by thirty million dollars. Carden Company, Inc. was responsible for six million dollars of this expansion plan. Summertown Elementary School was one of these projects. This school provided offices, classrooms, gymnasium, library and cafeteria space for K– 5 age children.
