This was a restaurant construction and conversion project. The owners chose an attractive, existing office building for the site of their new fine-dining establishment for the Brentwood/Franklin area.
Though the original building was in good shape, major changes had to be made to build out a kitchen and create the dining room they envisioned. With stained concrete floors, intricate ironwork, and seated bar, the interior provides a classy, yet inviting, atmosphere.
