The Kappa Delta Sorority wanted to remodel and expand their house on the Vanderbilt campus. This required removing the back of the building for the addition, as well as re-facing the front.
The necessity of moving building materials on and off a very tight worksite – on a college campus while classes were in session – made safety Carden’s top priority for this extensive renovation.
