The Cool Springs area has very specific requirements from the codes department and the tree conservators, which can impact building design decisions – occasionally causing nationally-known stores to have to make some alterations (see Academy Sports and Outdoors).
In this instance, Gateway Computer Store had to make some changes to their basic design, but with years of experience working in retail construction in the Cool Springs area, we were able to meet the area requirements – and the owner’s schedule for a Christmas season opening.
