Having successfully managed the construction of their Hickory Hollow auto dealership years before, Carden Company was the first choice for the owners’ new location in Cool Springs.
It was a location with good visibility to people driving by, and they designed a distinctive showroom that catches the eye both day and night. But it proved to be a difficult, rocky site to build on. By working closely with the architect, owner, and subcontractors, however, we were able to deliver the unique building they designed – at an economical cost.
