This was one of several Fuddruckers restaurant construction projects built by Carden Company in Nashville, as well as Knoxville, Tennessee.
Fuddruckers is known for their fresh meat and buns, so a large walk-in coolers and on-site bread operations were special features for these restaurant projects. The building itself was a load-bearing 16-gauge metal stud structure with a open bar joist roof frame.
