This project provided space for offices and distribution for the Consolidated Utility District of Rutherford County. They needed a highly functional, durable structure, making it an excellent candidate for a collaboration with Butler Manufacturing for a pre-engineered system, designed to their specifications.
The timing of the project required a winter building schedule, but by utilizing many Butler components – soffit, fascia, MR-24 standing seam roof, translucent wall lights and width extensions – and dedicated work, the new facility was completed a month ahead of schedule.
